During the study, treatment did not affect pregnancy, fetal development, birth weight, infant growth or feeding. Potential side effects associated with diosmin and hesperidin include headache, stomach pain, nausea and diarrhea. Serious side affects may include chest pain, difficulty breathing, skin rash, itching, swelling of the hands or face, or tingling in the mouth. Anyway, taking drugs must strictly follow doctor’s instructions especially druing pregnancy.
